This is a 24x48” original drawing of one of O'ahu’s most famous landmarks. Hawaiians know it as Lē'ahi, but British sailors called it Diamond ahead after mistaking the calcite crystals on the adjacent beach for Diamonds. This original drawing is just meant for me to be honest. I made it in remembrance if my time spent in Honolulu and all of the memories I have of this mountain (technically a volcanic tuff but close enough). Hawai'i is one of the most beautiful places on the planet and should be respected and cared for.
A portion of all money made from this piece will go towards organizations supporting the Hawaiian people.
I am still figuring out what I’d like to do for making prints of this so please give me some time to figure it out and make these prints awesome.
