This is a drawing of The Night King from George RR Martin's  Game of Thrones. 
One of the most amazing and thoughtfully crafted stories of all time. The twists and turns and highs and lows of the intertwined storylines are amazing (once you are able to keep track of the characters lol)! 
The Night King is the building threat from the north for the (almost) entire story. He was created as a means of defense, but turned out to almost cause the destruction of the world. His goal was to spread over all 7 kingdoms, wipe the world of memory, and cover the world in darkness. So yeah he was a pretty bad dude. Cool character though!
